Children & Families
Our aim is to support and work with children and families helping them experience and know God’s transforming love.
Children and families have a special part to play at TRINITY. Each child, brother, sister, mum, dad, grandparent, aunt and uncle is special to God. We run a number of weekly programmes for children and families and hold occasional events for the whole family, such as art and craft mornings.
Take a look at all the activities for children and families below and get in touch if you’d like to know more!
| SPARKS | KS1 |
| BLAZE | KS2 |
On a Sunday morning, primary school-aged children meet in two separate groups at our 10.30am service at TRINITY St John sub Castro. (We also have a crèche room where parents/carers can watch the service on a screen while their toddlers play.)
The children tend to start in the service with the adults and go to their groups after a few songs, where they continue to learn about and worship God in their groups with their leaders. Our sessions aim to help children build a relationship with the living and true God, through fun and interactive teaching, including games, bible stories, craft and more.
Once a month, our Creation Care team lead the activities for the children in Blaze. They often go outside and explore nature in the churchyard, so please make sure children come dressed for the weather. This term, Creation Care sessions will be on 21st September and 19th October.
